The Company was Incorporated by our Chariman manufacturing metal shelves and hydrant boxes with very minimum manufactruing facilities. | ||||

The Company expanded and rented a land and building at Cikupa to meet the volume of the demand for our business. By then our company workforce has grown to almost 350 workers.

Indonesia was badly hit by the Economic Crisis and Political Crisis marked with change in Presidency, major riots and closure of financial institutions. The Company decided to close the Cikupa Factory and reduces the workforce from 350 to less than 100 manpower in order to survive the ordeal. In Fact those times is one of the hardest time the company need to cope up with, but the Company survived. |

The Company received the ISO 9001: 2000. from TUV Rheinland. This earmarked the new commitment of our Company Management to be Quality Driven and Focus on Customer Satisfaction in delivering our products and services | ||||

Year 2003 is particularly significant to the Company as the Company is going through its internal management challenges. In 2003, our chairman decided to take over majority of the stakeholder in the Company as other shareholders decided leave the company in its financial problems.
In May 2003, the transaction concluded the Management Take Over with our chairman taking over major shares of the financially troubled company. |

These 3 years has been a great challenge to the company mangement, however surviving the ordeal in 1998, these challenges is somehow a proof of the good management the company has.
With major restructuring taking place in the company, from how the company manages its finances, imrpoving banking relationship, getting the right people in the right places, the company manage to grow its business and brought itself back from red to blue financially. |

The Company acquired new automated facility in Bitung Tangerang with Land Area of + 5,000 Sqm and Building Area of + 4,000 Sqm, which started operational in late 2006.
